Registration Information

Each church will provide one same gender counselor for every 5 campers.

Each church will provide one Bible Study leader willing to lead a group of campers, some from your church and some from other churches, during Bible Study time.

Curriculum for Bible Study will be provided in advance. All materials for the Bible Study will be provided by each individual church Bible Study leader.

Cost is $160 per camper. A deposit of 50% of your estimated total is due upon reservation. Reservation deadline is March 31, 2010. Space is limited and assigned on a first come first served basis. Reservation forms must accompany payment. Cancellation Policy: Each church is allowed
three (3) drops in total registration between the day you register and May 1, 2010. All registration changes must be received, in writing, on or before May 1, 2010. If you exceed this total (3), you will forfeit the deposit for the fourth (4th) and following persons. After May 1, 2010 you will forfeit the deposits for any campers who are not able to attend. If your entire group is forced to cancel on or before May 1, 2010, Camp Connect will refund 50% of your deposit or $300, whichever is greater.

All counselors must have a background check on file with the church and paid for either by the counselor or the church. Proof of those background checks must be submitted with registration.

All campers must be in 4-6 grade.

Camper Information Logs are due by May 1, 2010. This form will be in your registration packet which will be sent after a deposit is received.

All campers must have a signed Windermere Medical Release form. These forms will come with your registration packet.

Each church will have one hour of recreation time/free time on Wednesday. This can be used at your discretion. Windermere has lots of recreation opportunities (Aqua Jumps, Sand Volleyball, Paddle Boats, Canoes, Mini Golf, etc.). This time will be at the church or campers expense and can be planned as each church feels fit to use the time.
